Die Wohnung war für mich und den Hund perfekt. Einen Minuspunkt muss ich geben : Der Eingangsbereich/Treppenhaus war total verschmutzt und für den 1. Augenblick beim Eintreten machte das keinen guten Eindruck. Dafür war dann die Wohnung super

Angenehme drei Tage

Wir hatte gute drei Tage in der Unterkunft. Allerdings ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es könnte alles mal einen neuen Anstrich bekommen. Hellhörig ist es auch. Die Lage ist ganz ruhig und man braucht ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand.

Kurztrip für 4 Tage

Check-in war problematisch. Keinerlei Info vorab durch den Vermieter, wie wussten nicht welchen Parkplatz oder welche Wohnung wir nehmen sollten oder wo der Schlüssel sich befindet.Bei Kontaktaufnahme durch FeWo direkt bekam ich die Handynummer vom Vermieter. Am Telefon dann die Ansage: "na sie haben sich nicht gemeldet wegen dem Check-in". Jedoch habe ich 3 Tage vorher eine Anfrage gestellt bei FeWo direkt und den Gastgeber kontaktiert. So kenne ich das nicht von anderen Ferienwohnungen. Zudem hatten wir keinerlei Möglichkeit im Vorfeld Bettwäsche und Handtücher auszuwählen, auf Nachfrage hieß es wir wollten keine haben. Doch FeWo hat uns nicht die Option der Buchung gegeben. Naja, dies konnten wir glücklicherweise am Telefon noch schnell klären und bekamen ein Wäschepaket. In der Wohnung angekommen roch es nach kaltem Rauch, obwohl es eine Nichtraucherwohnung war. Zudem funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig und muss dringend entlüftet werden. Ein weiteres Manko für uns war das Bett gewesen. Die Matratzen waren Steinhart und wahrscheinlich schon viele Jahre in Benutzung. Schade, die Nächte haben wir auf der Couch verbracht. Alles in allem war die Lage sehr ruhig und gut gelegen, die Ausstattung ausreichend, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zum nächtigen hat die Wohnung ihren Zweck erfüllt, eine Woche Urlaub dort würde ich nicht empfehlen.I

Kurzurlaub

der Aufenthalt in Graal Müritz war völlig ok. Die Wohnung war für Leute mit nicht allzu viel Anspruch ok. Was uns sehr genervt hat, das man den ganzen Tag die Gardinen zu machen musste, weil es keine Plissees gab und somit jeder Sicht ins innere hatte, egal ob Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer. Auch sollte man in jedem Fenster Fliegengasse vor machen.

Lage optimal,ruhige Ecke

Zuständige Agentur kein Kontakt,mussten dort Schlüssel aus dem Briefkasten abholen und auch rein schmeißen.Wäre gut wenn der Balkon stabilisiert wird,haben uns nicht getraut drunter zu sitzen,Holz sehr morsch
