Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Fabulous Condo with everything you need.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sage Creek was an excellent place to stay even though it’s on the south end of town. It was still close to everything. The condo was very well maintained and included everything you could need from laundry soap too toiletries. My favorite may have been the bean grinder and fresh coffee beans. Unfortunately the pool was under some repair while we were there and one of the days there was no waterfall and I believe calling it. A lazy river is humorous. It’s only a few feet long. I didn’t see anybody use it the entire time. The pool area is really pretty and I think without the yellow tape surrounding the pool under repair, it would be lovely.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Condo was modern and stocked well. We loved the access to the pool. Half of the pool was closed for three of the five days we were there for maintenance. They did still have the deeper end open. Bunk bed mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The floor made your socks on the bottom turn black, so may need a good mopping. We would stay here again.
