Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This unit allows 2 guests per stay, with a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people total.
Additional guests may be added for a fee of $45 per person/day. Any extra guests must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Failure to disclose additional guests will result in a $60 fee per person/day. Absolutely NO unregistered or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation. Occupancy will be verified. If you wish to change the number of guests, please update your reservation accordingly. If the number of guests exceeds what is stated. The reservation might be cancelled.
Please do not flush toilet paper in the toilet.
Please maintain the unit clean and clean up after yourself.
No mail delivery. Packages cannot be delivered to the home. You may send packages to a local UPS Store, FedEx Store, have them held at UPS or the U.S. Post Office, or use a local Amazon Locker for Amazon deliveries. Please check with these companies to find the best option for you.
Lost or damaged items will incur replacement fees. On some occasions, maintenance staff or team members may need to access the home. We will exercise this right reasonably and provide advance notice whenever possible.
From time to time (approximately once or twice a year), the building conducts mandatory fire alarm tests. These are required by management and beyond our control. If this occurs during your stay, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will notify you in advance whenever possible, though advance notice is not always provided.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Checkout-out is promptly at 11AM unless a late checkout has been arranged and approved prior to your departure day. Our late check-out time is at 1PM and there will be a $75 per hour fee.
Please leave all used beds unmade and remove sheets; leave on bedroom floor.
Make sure TV remote are left in the designated area in the rental; there is a $100 fee for lost or stolen TV remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
