The typical Canarian living room with high wooden ceiling offers a large 3-seater sofa, a comfortable rocking chair, a typical bench by the window, as well as a desk and has direct access to the patio with seating, as well as to the fully equipped fitted kitchen. From there you reach a small dining room and further into the bedroom with 2 single beds. From there you have direct access to a spacious shower room with toilet and washing machine. From there you also reach the patio. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a very large bedroom with double bed, additional desk and small sitting area. Opposite is a shower room with WC. Another staircase leads to the roof terrace with comfortable sitting area and 2 sun loungers, as well as a magnificent view over the old town roofs, the church tower of the Museo Insular and to the sea and mountains. The approx. 150 year old house is located in the immediate vicinity of the island museum, the pretty Plaza Alameda with the replica of the Santa Maria, the Columbus ship, which houses the maritime museum, and the long city beach. The beautiful market hall and the Plaza de España are also not far away. All the shops are close by, as are the typical restaurants and bars and cafés. THE BASE PRICE REFERS TO TWO PERSONS

Lovely townhouse with well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and fantastic rooftop terrace. Open air but quiet location. Washing machine and good place to dry things quickly. Very close to shops, restaurants, museums, and transit around the island. Carola is a helpful host.

The property is unique embracing a rustic traditional style in a quiet area. The host is lovely and appointed the kitchen with spices, coffee etc. necessary to get you started. The beds are not comfortable and the stairs to the 2nd bedroom are very steep.

Great renovated apartment in the old town. Very nice bathrooms and comfortable king bed upstairs. Terrace is very nice. Stairs up to it are steep. Worth the extra effort. Short walk to many excellent restaurants. The owner met us as we drove from the airport and lead us to the apartment. She also gave us great eating recommendations. Lovely.

Fünf Wochen durfte ich in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen, die Lage, die Einrichtung, natürlich die atemberaubende Dachterrasse, die herzliche Kommunikation mit der sympathischen Vermieterin … alles perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein wunderbar zentrales UND ruhiges Haus!
Als jahrzehntelange LA Palma Urlauber, die überwiegend Fincas in ruhigen Lagen bewohnen, haben wir das auch in der Stadt bekommen, nur mit dem deutlichen Vortel, gleich in der Stadt und am Meer zu sein!
Das Haus, die Dachterrasse...herrlich!
Natürlich muss man anmerken, das wir tollstes Wetter hatten und es möglicherweise etwas ungemütlich werden kann, bei Regen aus dem oberen Stockwerk nach unten zu kommen (da die Treppe über den Patio führt).
Doch dank den Bildern ist das klar erkennbar und somit weiß man ja, worauf man sich einlässt.
Definitiv ein wirklich tolles Haus und ein sehr, sehr unkomplizierter und netter Empfang.

Charmantes Haus in einer ruhigen Altstadtgasse fussläufig zu allen Annehmlichkeiten in der schönen Hauptstadt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung mit allem was man so braucht, nette Vermieterin, herzliche Grüsse.
Wunderbare Unterkunft mit Dachterrasse und Altstadtnähe
Wunderbares, charmantes, traditionelles Ferienstadthaus mit Innenhof und Dachterrasse mit Meer- und Stadtblick. Wir waren im April dort und hatten leider nur bis mittags Sonne, haben die Terrasse aber dennoch sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und die Küche ist wirklich optimal ausgestattet.
Fußläufig (in 5-10min) entfernt ist die Fußgängerzone und der Stadtstrand. Frau Wagner ist eine sehr engagierte Vermieterin, die uns mit vielen guten Tipps und einigen Arrangements (Restaurantreservierungen, Blumen zum Geburtstag) den Urlaub zusätzlich verschönert hat.

Lovely old house, tastefully refurbished on a cobbled quiet street in the old part of the capital of La Palma. Extremely well equipped, making it feel like a home from home, Spanish style. Wide reaching views from the terrace. Excellent communications with the owner.
Das Ferienhaus liegt im Stadtzentrum. Das Haus hat eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Frau Wagner hat sich sehr nett um uns Gäste gekümmert, wir bekamen alle notwendigen Informationen.
This home provides both an escape from life and everything needed to keep life running. The large terrace is well equipped with furniture and great views while the courtyard on the ground floor allows one to be outside and yet access all amenities. The second floor bedroom has a lovely seating area to relax and enjoy the view then transforms into an office if needed using a fold away desk. As is typical of any home in the Canary Islands, there are several pets provided: three tiny fun lizards and a gecko! Also, the location cannot be beat with a small park across the street adding to outdoor space if you bring kids, a larger park with playground a short walk away, and quick trips down the hill to Plaza San Fransisco with the Museo Insular and Plaza de la Alameda with its museum in a replica of the Santa Maria ship.
Das Haus liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Fußgängerzone entfernt und ist mit sehr viel Liebe um Detail eingerichtet. Ausreichend Parkplätze in 3 Minuten Entfernung vorhanden. Die sehr herzliche Vermieterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist phänomenal, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse und der Patio laden zum verweilen ein. Die Bäder sind neu und ein Traum. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen übereinander und sind durch den Holzboden hellhörig, was uns allerdings nicht wirklich gestört hat, da wir zeitgleich alle schlafengegangen sind. Wir würden das Objekt ohne wenn und aber jederzeit wieder buchen.
