Welcome to the 'Moselfrische'!Our beautiful house is located in the middle of the labyrinth of Kaimt - just a few steps to the Moselle - directly opposite Zell. While life is raging in Zell, you will find pleasant tranquility in Kaimt. You can be in the center in minutes via the nearby pedestrian bridge. We have lovingly renovated the detached house. Age should be visible, but comfort should not be affected. We bought each piece of furniture individually. Sometimes fitting, sometimes deliberately as a contrast. But always according to our personal taste!The house offers enough space on about 110 square meters. After a strenuous, beautiful bike tour, a stroll through the city or a climb on the Calmonter via ferrata, you will find relaxation and the luxury you need in the 'Moselle freshness'. The beautiful kitchen invites you to cook together. Ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine ... everything you need. On the ground floor there is a living / dining room with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs and a living room table. There is also a sideboard with a TV and a large antique cabinet. In the dining area there is a round table with 4 chairs. An open kitchen is connected to the living / dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups and much more. In the small hallway there is a guest toilet with a sink. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The smaller one has a box spring bed for 2 people, the larger of the two bedrooms has a double bed with a wardrobe and there is a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there is a studio there is a large television, a stereo system, 2 leather couches, 2 leather armchairs and a living room table. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture.  WiFi (fee-based) Bike rental (free of charge) 2 parking spaces at the house (free of charge)

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
