For us the location was great. In tge middle between "downtown" and the beach. Being able to walk everywhere was great. The location wasnt too noisy and the bed was comfortable.

This property had everything we needed for our short Spring Break getaway. It was perfect for our family of four, which includes twin 14-year old boys. To make our stay even better, the pet friendly property was an absolute plus.The rental is an easy walk to Murdochs, Pleasure Pier, beach access, convenience stores, and other establishments on the Seawall.

Perfect place to stay before leaving on a cruise. Host provided clear check-in instructions. Nice and comfortable for couples. Advised host of maintenance issue and she was very attentive to address the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in and communication was great, other than the molded pizza crust I found on top of the refrigerator when I arrived. There is a window AC unit right next to the bed that never shuts of and makes if difficult to sleep. There's no soap in the unit other than hand soap and Dawn. There isn't a trash can upstairs, the main living area and only bathroom. Parking is problematic and not guaranteed. Finally, there were two roaches in the kitchen I was having my last cup of coffee. I would not stay here again.

The suite was conveniently located to the cruise lines and the seawall. The stairs were a little rickety but held up. We had everything we needed for the evening and slept well.
