-Please turn off all electronics -Please set thermostat downstairs at 55F at check out, and turn off mini-splits. -Please make sure all doors are locked, and that the screen door is latched.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Animals on the farm should be treated with respect, abuse or antagonizing any will result in guests being asked to leave the property, no refund.

It was a great property with lots of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay here. There were horses in the pasture which was really cool! It gave it such a country setting. The train whistle in the distance was also very neat. Overall, it was a great place that felt very country.
