Just 5.5 miles from Spence Field, 1 mile from the Diving Well and Rec Center, and 2.6 miles from PCOM South Ga. Guests will enjoy a cozy space featuring a king bed, perfect for a restful night. The apartment features a kitchenette which includes a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and dishes. A well-equipped bathroom adds convenience to your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this adorable spot offers a cool retreat to call your own. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Please note: This is a second floor apartment which has to be accessed by an outdoor staircase.
There is a shared outdoor sitting area on a deck upstairs.
There is parking for one car.

Our business is downstairs and we live upstairs. The apartment is completely separate from our house. It is accessed by a shared exterior door that leads into an entry way with a door to the apartment and a door to our house.

We do not allow pets in the space. We do, however, have a dog so there is one in the building.
