The small villa Lucia - Aliterno V6 is part of a well-kept tourist complex located in the small and picturesque village of Pittulongu. Stretching over 2 storeys, the house has a living area of 70 m2 and is built in Mediterranean style. The property can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and has a small but well equipped kitchen/living room with sofa bed, from where you can access the covered terrace and the garden, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with a shower. The family-friendly apartment is equipped with an iron and a washing machine. From the double bedroom you can access another covered terrace which boasts a sea view. The nearest beach is only 500 meters away (a 5-minute walk).
