Set in a peaceful location north of Olbia, in the village of Rudalza, Villa Speranza is just a 6-minute drive from Marinella Beach (3.3 km). This beautifully furnished holiday home offers a spectacular sea view and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The child-friendly house includes air conditioning, satellite TV, and a cot.



Bedroom 1 has a double bed for 2 guests and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.



Outside, you'll find a spacious garden with lawn and sea view, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace with comfortable seating and a dining table. Start your day with breakfast against a stunning backdrop, or enjoy grilled meals outdoors with your loved ones in the evening.

Olbia’s historic center is a 13-minute drive (10 km), where you can stroll and explore the old town and harbor, and find many restaurants, cafés, and bars. The beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda, including Marinella and Ira Beach (3.3 km - 4 km), are 6-8 minutes by car. Porto Rondo and its marina are just 6 minutes away (3.6 km).

Casa muito boa em localização perfeita

Pros: Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa nesta casa de férias! A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos da deslumbrante Costa Esmeralda, com praias paradisíacas e águas cristalinas. A casa é confortável e bem equipada. Os quartos sao espaçosos, ideal para familias com crianças. O exterior é muito espaçoso com estacionamento privado para varios carros, jardim com espreguiçadeiras, duche e churrasco. Se no futuro voltar à Costa Esmeralda, com certeza tentarei reservar esta villa. Cons: Não tinha wifi, o que nao foi grande problema porque tinhamos internet em dados móveis e deu para desenrascar.
