I had a really disappointing experience with this property and would not recommend staying here. When we arrived, several items in the house were already broken or not functioning properly. Instead of acknowledging these pre-existing issues, the host is now trying to hold us responsible and charge us for damages we did not cause. Communication with the owner has been frustrating and unprofessional. As guests, we expect a property to be in good condition upon arrival and for hosts to handle concerns reasonably, neither of which happened here.Overall, this experience felt unfair and stressful. I would strongly suggest future guests document everything immediately upon arrival and consider other properties to avoid similar issues.
