The charming house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a television. Furthermore, the house offers a private outdoor area with a furnished covered terrace, an open patio, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy delicious barbecued meals with your loved ones on your terrace or relax with a glass of wine under the night sky. In a 17-minute drive (11.6 km) you will reach the centre of Teulada where you will find restaurants, cafes, bars and the nearest supermarket. Multiple beaches can also be easily reached on foot and by car - Spiaggia Su Portu Malu beach is a mere 3-minutes away on foot (280 m), Spiaggia di Piscinnì beach is a 6-minute drive away (3.4 km), the beaches of Chia are approximately 25 minutes away by car (approx. 17 km) and Is Arenas Bianca beach is a 40-minute drive from the house (26.9 km). The caves of Is Zudda also await your visit a 29-minute drive away (23. 3 km)

The homeowner can provide a typical Sardinian meal upon request.
The attic of the house is reserved for the owners who use it on weekends.
On the property there are two other family houses used during the summer.
