Comfortable and nice apartment in green lush and tranquil surroundings

We loved our stay in Felice’s apartment! He was such a friendly and forthcoming host. The apartment had several nice outdoor spaces. Very nice balcony with a view of the hills! The area around Chia is stunning and there are many spectacular beaches nearby.

Sonne, Weitblick und Erholung

Sehr herzlicher, vertrauensvoller und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Felice, dem Vermieter. Die kleine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad und Balkon ist sehr sauber, einfach aber vollständig eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Draussen steht zusätzlich eine schöne Terrasse zur Verfügung. Für zwei Personen (oder Familie mit 1 Kind) ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Für 4 Personen wird es aber eng. Schöne Aussicht auf Chia und auch auf das Meer. Die Zufahrt zum Haus war mit den Fahrrädern sehr steil, hat uns aber täglich angespornt, es fahrend bis zum Einfahrtstor zu schaffen ;-) Das Haus mit den 8 Wohnungen wäre auch gut geeignet für mehrere Paare/Kleinfamilien, die gemeinsam miteinander Ferien machen wollen. Ende September/Anfang Oktober waren wir die einzigen Gäste im Haus und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank Felice!

Casa comoda e bellissimo mare

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in due coppie di amici in un comodo appartamento che dispone di due camere matrimoniali, un luminoso soggiorno-cucina e un bagno con doccia, oltre che di una veranda con giardino, lavandino e lavatrice. Nel giardino c'è anche un barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Il proprietario è presente e molto gentile e disponibile. Unico neo la posizione del condizionatore, che si trova in una delle due camere, e a nostro parere andrebbe spostato nel soggiorno per rinfrescare facilmente l'intera casa
