Well stocked kitchen cookware, knives and table settings. Kitchen and bathroom floors are new. However there was no detergent or soap of any kind. Coffee pot had mold growing in it. Sofa and recliners on the top floor are old and need replacement. Left recliner leans to the left and may tip out someone heavy. Hard wster or mold stains inside the bath tub enclosure doors and one sink.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. It had plenty of room for our family. A great location being close to the beach. We did find ants in the master bath room on the very first day and on a couple of other days.

I just called the company that services the home and they apologized and said they would send someone out to respray the entire property. I am sorry this happened and sorry you did not let me know while you were there so I could have it addressed immediately. I hope you will consider us again for any future stays.
