You and your family are going to have a wonderful time at this heated* pool home. 2 minute walk (6 houses down) to beach access (see pics)!

Bonus Ground Floor Apartment: 1+1 with a queen bed and bath/shower combination. With 940 square feet, it has everything: living/dining area, stocked kitchen, and full laundry. Perfect space for those with limited mobility or for those wanting some extra space all their own.

Outside: Heated pool that surrounded by a great deck area. Lounge chairs, picnic table with umbrella, and a lawn with a several classic games to provide a wide range of outdoor fun in the sun.

We provide everything you need so you can start enjoying your vacation right away:
-All bedroom and bath linens are provided.
-6 towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and sand toys
-For the littles, high chair, umbrella steoller, and pack'n'play
-Paper products, linens, hand soap, and body wash
-Dish soap, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs
-6 adult bikes to enjoy the 12 miles of lovely bike paths on the island.
-Keurig with a variety of k-cups and selection of tea in both kitchens
-Variety of games, toys, and puzzles for rainy days
-Paddleboard with life vests

*In 2024, Pool can be heated for a $65 daily charge May 1 - May 15 and Sept 1 - October 15. The pool should not need to be heated May 15th - Sept 15th. In 2025, heating will be included in the rental rate.

**Please note, the heating does not function if temperatures drop below 55 degrees. The pool temperature will be set for 86 degrees. Any questions? Feel free to reach out!

Accommodations and Location were excellent

Everything was great and very accommodating. The Bikes and the Swimming Pool added a unique experience that our previous renters didn't offer.

Great House

The property was very clean and well maintained. There were plenty of beds and the house layout was perfect for our large group (we had 10). The kitchen was well equipped (quality cookware, plenty of utensils, etc.). The game room was also a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Stylish and cozy with space for everyone

This house was perfect for our extended family of five kids (4 yr -11 yr) and six adults. The layout allows for everyone to have privacy while enjoying ample shared spaces. The fully stocked beach gear, bikes, carts, life jackets were a HUGE plus. Can't wait to go back again!

Great location

House was amazing. Had everything we needed. Including beach chairs, bikes, crb. Even had a fan in each closet for those of us that like white noise at night😄. Great location, easy walk to beach and close to restaurants and shops.

My sister's and I could not have asked for a better experience in this gorgeous home. It was clean, quiet and decorated so wonderfully. In fact, my family and I are staying there again next year for our family vacation. Thank you for the perfect vacation!!!!!

This beach home is so special - not only do we love the close access to the beach, but unlike most beach communities, the homes are on large, leafy lots, both private and serene. Emerald Isle has wonderful restaurant options, great fishing and watersports, and wonderful day trips to historical New Bern, Beaufort, and Morehead City.
