Wooden house on the wall - 100 sqm
The old house has been completely redesigned. On the lower level, the living area, are the kitchen, living room, living room and bathroom, as well as access to the patio / the screened courtyard. The upper level is used for retreating, working and sleeping. From here you also have a beautiful view of the Ilmpark. All surfaces are made from natural building materials. The house is located in a quiet side street parallel to the park path. It can be completely darkened. Light then only falls into the interior of the house via daylight spots.
