The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place cover on hot tub and ensure the power is on to the hot tub (on box behind the hot tub).
Clean grill if used with the brush/scraper.
Lock the entry gate door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside the Airstream ($1,500 cleaning fee for smoke removal).
Please only use the up and down arrows on the A/C (located behind the large TV).
Please remove shoes inside the Airstream. Please refrain from adjusting the awning.
