Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock house keys in lock box. Text me once you’ve done so.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No washing hair in sinks as it will clog the sinks. Dispose excessive hair from shower in bathrooms’ trash bins so water may drain quickly.
Do not dispose wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper in toilet even though they claim to be flushable as it will clog pipe per plumber.
$30 per lost set of keys. Excessive cleaning and damages are additional charge. Late checkout is $30 per hr and full night charge at 1pm.
