A wall of windows, set against the Lowcountry marsh, offer incredible views of the island wildlife and phenomenal sunsets. Sunlight pours through wide glass windows into an open living space that feels effortlessly glamorous and deeply relaxed. The home blends swanky Mediterranean style with coastal ease. Soft leather seating and both modern and vintage accents create an airy, curated feel without ever trying too hard. The living area offers state of the art Sonos speakers for a better viewing experience.
The kitchen is white, crisp and airy with new appliances and ample cookware and serveware. A washer and dryer in the villa makes beach trips a breeze.
The two master suites are private retreats of their own, each spacious and serene. Think plush bedding, textured neutrals, and blackout curtains for sleeping in. The first floor master bedroom offers a plush king bed, large closet and balcony access, and access to the adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo.
