The kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living areas, including a combined laundry room/pantry and a convenient half bath just off the hall. A dining table for six sits adjacent to the inviting living room (fireplace not available for guest use), where two sets of sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light.
The sliders open to a stunning Carolina room, surrounded by expansive marsh views—a perfect spot to unwind with multiple seating options and a table for gathering or enjoying morning coffee.
The main-level primary suite features a king bed in a calming blue palette, an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, double vanities, and a separate water closet.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second king primary suite with an attached “fun room,” complete with a tented twin floor bed—an ideal hideaway for kids or families traveling together. The en suite bath offers a walk-in shower, freestanding tub and double vanity.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
