Nice and spacious apartment

We rent our spacious and cozy apartment in a loft-like style in the beautiful horse town of Warendorf.
It is 65m2 and is located in a rural location, but still close to the city center, which is 2km away, as well as the nearest train station. It is 800m to the nearest shop (Marktkauf, dm, K + K, McDonalds, Aldi, Toom Baumarkt).
The apartment is on the upper floor and has a separate entrance via a steel staircase. The car can be parked free of charge in a shared parking lot.
It comprises two large rooms that are on different levels.
The living area on the first level has on one side a sofa with a sleeping function, an armchair, a flat screen TV with Smart TV - on the other side a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a dining table for six people . In addition, there are pots, kitchen helpers, kettles, toasters and a full set of glass, crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom with shower is also on the first level.
The bedroom on the second level is furnished with two beds (90x200cm) and a chest of drawers. A travel cot for children is available on request.
€ 45.00 will be charged for final cleaning.
On the third level, the pointed floor, there is a play area for children. Optional with two additional sleeping options on request.
WiFi network key is in the apartment.
In the immediate vicinity there are stables where horses can be accommodated.

In the immediate vicinity of the city center is the Emssee with the beautiful Emspark, which is ideal for walking, cycling and various activities in and around the lake.
