The cozy, modern apartment is located in the attic of a listed, refurbished former warehouse on a traditional farm surrounded by the Münsterland park landscape, near the EU bird sanctuary "Rieselfelder Münster".

The apartment was recently completely rebuilt and is equipped with love and taste. A total of 60 square meters of living space are spread over two levels with spacious dining, living and sleeping areas, separate bedroom with double bed, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and bath.

An all-round beautiful view, a patio on the ground floor overlooking a large, open meadow and beautiful oak trees complete the ambience and the possibilities of use. Children are always welcome. Pets may be brought by appointment.

General:

Benefiting from the unique location within the urban area of Münster, Gelmer offers an excellent starting point for cycling tours through the Münsterland, all the way to the Teutoburg Forest.

Centuries-old farms, hedgerows and scattered land forces characterize the interwoven with forests Munsterland parkland. Large parts of Gelmer are under nature conservation or landscape protection and lie in a preferred recreational area. Gelmer is a popular short break destination.

Many regional and supraregional bike trails in connection with a branched network of farm roads invite you to hikes and bike rides in the near and far surroundings of Gelmer. In the village as well as in the outdoor area, cozy restaurants invite you to rest and stop for a while.

Ruhig gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Münsterland. Die Wohnung und die Unterstellmöglichkeiten sind ideal, um schöne Fahrradtouren zu unternehmen.Für die Vogelbeobachtung ist zudem die Nähe zum Europäischen Vogelschutzgebiet "Rieselfelder Münster" hervorzuheben.Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, die zum wohlfühlen einläd und die Gastgeberin (Frau Krobisch) ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt nur kurz war, gab es nichts auszusetzen und wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Umgebung ruhig und der Weg in die Innenstadt dennoch kurz. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Schöne Herbsttage

Wie waren 1 woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Durch die ländliche Umgebung kann man gut abschalten und ist gleichzeitig aber auch schnell in Münster. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Küche in der Ferienwohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt mehrere gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist abseits der Hauptstraße, sehr ruhig im Grünen, trotzdem nicht weit ins Zentrum. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon geplant. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mitten auf dem Land. Zum ausspannen genau richtig. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, sehr nette Nachbarn. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - sogar eine Spülmaschine gibt es. :-)

Die idyllisch gelegene Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man kann sich sofort wohl fühlen. Münster und viele attraktive Orte im Münsterland sind gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und sind aufgrund der Ruhe auf dem schönen Aussiedlerhof bestens erholt. Vielen Dank!

Ferienwohnung an den Rieselfeldern

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, die Vermieter und Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Autobahn und kurze Wege in die sehr sehenswerte Stadt und Erkundung der Umgebung. Die Wohnung selbst bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Unsere Empfehlung für die Gastgeber wäre ein Mückenschutz an alle Fenster anzubingen. Somit kann nach einem warmen Tag durch das öffnen der Fenster besser quergelüftet werden. Das vermeidet u. a. Mücken- und Mottenleichen an Wänden und fördert die Erholung der Gäste durch guten Schlaf. Zur Einkehr sehr zu empfehlen ist die Gaststätte Tennenhof Greven. Super Küche!!! Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
