Condo is first floor unit within just a few short steps of the pool. Also, less than 2 miles from the Mayo Clinic. One covered parking spot and one at-large parking spot. We are a couple from Kansas City that also winter in Phoenix. This is our first VRBO experience and the condo previously has been gently used as a private residence. This is our 9th winter in Scottsdale, and we are glad to share our experiences and recommendations with our guests. We enjoy the lovey Arizona winter climate and like to golf and visit our grandchildren nearby. Since we reside in Phoenix for the winter, we are available to address any concerns.
Why they chose this property
This is right near all of the action in the northern part of Scottsdale near the Princess Hotel, TPC golf course and the famous Kierland shopping and restaurant area. Easy hop onto the 101 which is a main artery. Just a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale and all of its charm. Our condo in nestled in a quad near the small pool with quiet privacy and barbecue grills nearby. Lots of mature desert landscaping. Very clean and well kept condo complex.
What makes this property unique
Quiet and convenient. Like new remodel. Pool and outdoor sitting area just out the door. The clubhouse and fitness center are fantastic. Landscaping is perfect. Exterior of the buildings and parking lot were recently redone.
