Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. The view of downtown Vancouver was beautiful, especially at night, and seeing Rogers Arena right across the street was a cool bonus. Perfect location and an easy, smooth stay. I’d definitely come back.

I was very disappointed with hosts deceptions. First, the pool and hot tub were closed, which the host knew as it was pre-scheduled- and chose not to tell me... I was traveling with a child- this is the reasonI booked the place. And, I told you the owner was traveling with a light sleeper and the "bedroom" (actually a closet) with a single bed does not have a door that blocks any sound- host chose not to tell me Three, host should tell people to take the parking directions with them when they get the fob- a very frustrating experience. And, she should tell people the parking spot is for a small, compact car- confusing why you would not. And, lastly, the place reeks of chemicals from the laundry soap which permeates the air, the sheets and the towels. When I shared this feedback and requestd one night refund she ignored me. twice.

The place was nice, clean & comfortable. Conveniently located. Nice view! Super loud even on a Sunday night. Not sure if it was mentioned there’s a skytrain right below unit. ppl upstairs partied Til 3am on a Sunday night.. nBanging, yelling, loud music.. lol the check in/checkout process was horrid. it was really difficult to check in/out. U have to find parking on the very busy street, pay for parking (I didn’t thining it’d be quick and got ticketed 77) and then go inside unit, grab garage fob AND figure oit where parking/gate is which alone is a nightmare. They can’t control that but it’s worth mentioning ! The guy was friendly but he failed to mention the pool is shut down for the month. That’s the reason I bookedThis place for the kids. Huge disappointment. Take note to check beforehand if this is what ur looking forward too.
