This comfortable and thoughtfully prepared 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in New Smyrna Beach and includes a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with quality mattresses, a private balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer so you can truly settle in and relax.

Traveling with children is easier here, with a Pack-n-Play, upgraded infant/toddler mattress, sheets, and blanket provided for your convenience. Entertainment is easy too, with Spectrum cable, three Smart TVs for streaming, and reliable Wi-Fi.

Guests enjoy access to OceanWalks community pools, hot tubs, saunas, clubhouses with grills, fitness areas, tennis, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts, scenic walking paths, and nearby beach access. This is a peaceful and well-cared-for community, so no pets (per HOA rules), no parties or large gatherings, and only registered guests are permitted. RVs, trailers, boats, commercial vehicles, and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the garage or on the property.

You will receive clear arrival instructions, parking and community guidance before your stay. Our guest binder and Borrow Basket inside the condo help make your visit smooth and welcoming. The Nest is lovingly hosted and carefully maintained so your time here feels warm, peaceful, and worry-free. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Refer to the on-site house manual for the complete checkout list.
Remember to leave a little sunshine in the Guest Book. Leave some love by putting unused or unopened items in the Borrow Box in laundry hall closet for future guests and keep generosity flowing.
Make sure to log out of your personal streaming platforms before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered vehicles allowed. RVs, trailers, boats, oversized or commercial vehicles are not permitted on property or in the garage per HOA.
