Great views on the no drive beach

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Schooner Point in New Smyrna Beach with large balcony to enjoy morning coffee while viewing and listening to the ocean. Direct beach access, beautiful pool, kiddie pool, and wonderful courtyard; this is a place that won't disappoint. The pool is seasonly heated or cooled depending on time of year to keep it fun to enjoy year round. Two community charcoal grills are available near the pool and make a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening.

The increasingly popular seaside town of New Smyrna Beach is a short ride away, with fabulous restaurants, shopping and downtown historical area at Canal Street and Flagler Ave. There is also a museum, parks and of course, fishing. If you prefer to stay away from the crowds, there are excellent seafood restaurants close by.

Well equipped with modern appliances and equipment including full kitchen, microwave, TV, and more.

Our fully air-conditioned accommodation consists of:

A great place to stay on a gorgeous part of New Smyrna Beach. The complex is very well maintained with a nice pool. This unit is nicely furnished with all the comforts of home, and we would definitely rent this again!

The Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this condo! It was the perfect layout for my crew and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were all quite comfortable, which made for a great nights’ sleep for all! The pool is close and the complex was well maintained. We will definitely be back! Awesome communication was also a plus!

Lovely ocean view with three bedrooms that was perfect for us! Close proximity to some excellent restaurants and shops! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves relaxing, walking on the beach and exploring the area! It was clean and well equipped. Definitely plan to visit the area again!

We stayed at this home for 4 weeks in February, 2026. We loved the location, distance and access to the beach and pool and the lovely balcony. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found 4 washer loads of used towels outside the washer on the floor. Because the kitchen cupboards are so full, there is no room for any purchased food items we bought to cook. After a few days, we noticed mold on exterior walls where they meet the ceiling in the living room and the primary bedroom. The host did come promptly to spray the mold, and took samples to test. He told us he would have the mold treated and cleaned up after we left. The dark color did not change much after the spray.The pool was not usable for 3 weeks of our 4 week stay because the heaters were not working. Even when the weather is cold, we love to swim if the pool is a good temperature. It was very very cold for most of our stay. It was very disappointing.The host did offer us a rebate of about the equivalent of 3 days rent, which we felt was inadequate given the issues we faced. The host was accommodating and responsive in the beginning of our stay, but toward the end of our stay, he stopped responding.
