Host was great to work with. House is in a very nice neighborhood. Liked the layout of the house. Location was near the soccer fields that we were up for the weekend for and close to restaurants in Fredericksburg.

Great “home base” for trip to University of Mary Washington. Convenient to campus & downtown, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. It actually has a 1/2 bath not mentioned in the description. We are pretty sure the queen bed is really a full bed which made my 6-2” 230 lb self a little too snug. It would be nice to have a couple lamps in the living room as an alternative to the crying fan lights - but that is getting really picky!! Smart TV’s worked great.

Overall, okay. There were not a lot of cooking materials, so eating out is almost required. In addition, the host mixed up check-in dates so there was a slight issue with check-in, but was relatively easy to fix.

I sincerely apologize again for the initial mix-up with the check-in date — I understand how important a smooth arrival is, and I’ve taken steps to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. Regarding the kitchen setup, we provide essential cooking utensils and equipment, including pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, silverware, a microwave, and Keurig with k-cups. While we do not provide food items or seasonings, the kitchen is stocked with the basics needed for light meal preparation. We’ll continue reviewing our inventory to ensure it meets guest expectations and update our listing description to make this even clearer.
