GUEST ACCESS

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners make sure that all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and are inspected prior to each stay to ensure safety.
▶ Dishwasher pods are provided.
▶ Washer and dryer Laundry Detergent Pods Provided.

TOWELS:
▶Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6 am on the day of your arrival.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Day: Monday & Thursday
Recycle Pickup Day: Monday
Bulk Pickup Day: Monday
Location: When walking out from the front door, take an immediate left and the trash will be in front of the backyard fence.

PARKING
▶ Free driveway parking in front of the home. Additional free street parking.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted. Note, there is a $75- $200 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. This is subject to change and is based on the number of pets and length of stay. The payment request will be sent during arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras are located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

Heads-up: Our charming next-door neighbor happens to be an adorable rooster who loves to start the day with a bit of a "cookadoo" alarm clock performance in the early morning! We want to let you know in advance since, unfortunately, we don't have control over our feathery friend's morning routine.
Please note: there is a separate back home on the premises with a long-term tenant. (separated by fencing). You will have full privacy in the backyard space.
