Completely renovated in 2025, this property features a bright, open floor plan designed for comfortable and effortless living. Relax on the expansive screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying serene evenings overlooking the marsh.

For your convenience, the home includes two golf carts, bicycles, and beach chairs, making it easy to explore the island and spend leisurely days by the ocean.

My little family and I had the best, most beautiful time. We had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable, especially the beds! I can't say enough about the gorgeous sunset views. It's so beautiful it truly looks like it may not be real. We will definitely be back!

The property was fantastic. It had everything we could have wanted. It was very roomy for our family and the location couldn't be any better. Having 2 golf carts was a plus for our family also.. I take my family on a trip every year and I think this was our favorite place so far. We will for sure be back again!

Such a comfortable home. Amazing views of the marsh, easy access to the beach. The beach is hard packed sand, and very few people. Golf cart was fun for exploring. We stopped in Beaufort for fresh seafood to cook out dinners. Highly recommend

Our stay at this beach rental was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The home was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal and made it easy to enjoy the beach and everything nearby. This centrally located home has stunning marsh views all over the house. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our large family. We really enjoyed the bikes and golf carts included. Communication was quick and easy with host. Great value for the price in a newly renovated gem.

Great property in the perfect location. The owners were great to communicate with. The house has just been updated and is extremely nice inside ( the kitchen is wonderful and extremely well stocked). The view out the deck is one of the best on the island and the center island location puts you near everything.

We stayed as a family of 5 at this home and enjoyed every second! It was a great gathering spot with truly a stellar view of the tidal marsh and sunsets. Central island location was perfect. The house feels like a beautifully done clean modern Low Country beach house with all the vibes! The 2 golf carts were a huge plus to explore the whole island. The beach and crabbing bridge are all in walking distance. The host was extremely attentive, communicative, and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here! Tonya was so accommodating and friendly, so quick to respond anytime we reached out, and really made us feel welcome like family. The views from the back deck are incredible and the location is close to everything. It is right next to the marsh boardwalk part of the bike trail and our kids could ride the bikes across and we could watch from the back porch. The 2 golf carts and bikes made for a great way to explore the island. We also had a week long family competition with the ring swing game on the back porch - which made for great memories. I grew up staying at Fripp and am now bringing my family. This house was just the right speed and size for us. We highly recommend this home. Tonya was the best host we've ever had with a VRBO.

10/10 Stay – Absolutely Perfect!This was the absolute perfect house 🤩 From the moment you walk in, it feels warm, inviting, and like a true home away from home. Everything was spotless—we were so impressed with how clean and well cared for it was. The wide open space made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together.The screened porch with the beautiful marsh view quickly became our favorite spot—quiet coffee mornings there were simply the best We also loved having access to the bikes and golf cart, which made it so fun to explore the island and take in all the amazing wildlife.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable getaway!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals simple and convenient. The location on the island was perfect—close to everything without feeling crowded.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Having two golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around even easier and more fun. The host was excellent with communication, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On top of everything, the rental was very reasonably priced for what was offered. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room and beds and bathrooms. Temp stayed cool like we like it and Tonya was very helpful with things to do and places to eat. The golf carts came in handy for beach visits and riding around. The place is beautiful and soooo comfy. We felt relaxed and slept very well as the beds are so soft. The comforters are Cozy Bliss which are cool and warm and super soft. Already ordered one for my bed at home. The modern kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and cookware. The fridge was very nice with water and ice - both tasted great, and there is plenty of room. This keenly updated house fit the bill perfectly. It was updated with all the latest styles. And there are 3.5 baths. The four bunk beds provide plenty of room for the kids. Loved it!

This property was perfect in every way! Communications with the host were prompt and hassle-free. We did get there early and asked if we might be able to check in early. They actually told us to take the golf carts and explore the island! Who does that? Everything about the property and the overabundance of amenities inside were truly amazing. The sunsets from the back enclosed porch were unbelievable! We will definitely come back to this property with our whole family next time.

We just stayed for family vacation on Fripp- the house was amazing and the marsh views were incredible! The walking path through the marsh is located right next to the house- perfect for early morning or evening walks to see nature all around. The hosts were great and very attentive to any and all needs. Would definitely love to stay here again! The house had everything needed!!

Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Blick über die Marshlands verbracht. Das Haus liegt zentral.auf Fripp Island und ist mit 2 Golfcarts ausgestattet. Alle Facilities sind dadurch schnell zz erreichen. Dss Haus war bei Ankunft super sauber. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt - von Strandstühlen, Sonnenschirm, Strandhandtüchern, Bodyboards, Grill und Fahrrädern hin zu einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Kaffeemaschine (Pulver Kapseln), Airfryer, Duschgel, Shampoo und ausreichend Handtüchern. Einziges Manko am Inselleben: für alle Amenities benötigt man eine Amenities-Card, die nur zur Benutzung berechtigt. Die Benutzung selbst z.B. den Tennisplart oder den Golfcourt muss man dann nochmal extra zahlen. Dies betrifft auch die Gastroniomie der Insel.
