This charming beach bungalow offers panoramic views of the sea dunes and direct beachfront living, creating a very private, peaceful escape. A pool awaits at the bottom of the stairs, along with an outdoor shower and two levels of decks to soak in the ocean breeze. Fire up the gas grill for outdoor cooking, or simply sit back and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Inside, the home has been beautifully updated and features generous common living spaces, while the two bedrooms are designed as private suites for added comfort. Downstairs, you’ll find a completely separate unit with its own entrance, offering a fully renovated kitchen and bathroom and all the accommodations of an independent living space—perfect for extended family, guests, or added privacy.

The location and views of this property was perfect! We had frequented the Sea Dunes area for several years while growing up and this stay brought back many memories. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath towels for all guests and beach accessories to accommodate our families. Having access to both units made it spacious and comfortable for all. We plan to return. Thank you for opening your place to us- it’s beautifully decorated!

The condo had been well cleaned, everything was is working order, nothing broken. Crisp white sheets on all the beds. All the appliances worked and were up to date. The kitchen was well supplied with a variety of utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The kitchen dining and living room was spacious and well planned, as were the bedrooms. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The exterior was well designed, during our stay the grounds were cleaned of dead trees and cleared of debris. The condo was also stocked with indoor and outdoor games for all ages. It was only a short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed daily for hours. We had a great time, the condo suited our needs perfectly. I was in need of 2 items during our stay and the host was very prompt at providing. Any questions we had they were very responsive with help. Thank you for a very wonderful and relaxing stay!
