It features four bedrooms, including one California king bed and three queen beds, plus an additional office space with a full bed. Guests can refresh in any of the three full bathrooms. The home is unique and stylish.

Property has an exceptional large yard with mature growth trees. Great for entertaining and children.

The house is close to all the Encinitas beaches, restaurants and bars.

Property is available only for 30 days or more starting February 1, 2026- June 30, 2026.

We offer the property at a discount to allow our amazing cat to remain during the rental. Previous renters have loved the cat! It is a wonderful addition to the home.
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or catching up on work, this enjoyable house has you covered. A great place to call homebase while you’re away.
