This stay was amazing and comfortable for my family. Good location, we didn’t struggle much with parking, home was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very good with communication and overall this was a great stay we will consider this place again.

Excellent space near downtown Chicago just off North Avenue. The neighborhood is quiet, there is ample street parking, and getting around with or without a vehicle is easy. The apartment is spacious yet inviting, and the beds are comfortable.

Apartment was very clean. Modern appliances. Being able to wash clothes before leaving was awesome. Host was very responsive in communicating with me. Daughter had plenty of room to work during our stay. Some nights parking was a little challenging when returning late after exploring the city. Overall a very nice experience. This is a beautiful property. It is close to major north/south roads, so there is easy access to everything Chicago has. We decided to drive the city instead of mass transit, and this apartment was a perfect base. It is a luxurious and well appointed space. It is large and roomy, very comfortable and quiet! We’ll definitely stay again!

The apartment was fantastic! Well updated, new appliances. TVs in every room, and a very cool space. Admittedly, the neighborhood was average, the neighbors were loud, smoked weed nightly, and there was a large, loud, and late block party four doors down. No fault of the owner! I would stay again.

Parking was confusing at first because there was no communication beforehand, but the host had parking permits available in the apartment. Coming from the country we were a little intimidated by the neighborhood, and although a little noisy at night, we were unbothered and enjoyed the experience and different culture. The apartment was very nice and comfortable.
