*House Rules & Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow all house rules below:

For your safety and peace of mind, a fire extinguisher is conveniently located under the kitchen sink.

*General Rules
Absolutely NO parties or events. If party/event activity is observed, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unregistered guests found to be staying in the property, will result in forfeiture of deposit and cancellation of reservation without refund.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

NO smoking or vaping within the premises of the property.

NO pets allowed.

If pets are found on the property, a $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply in addition to the $198 cleaning fee, and guests will be asked to leave with no refund. No exceptions.

The host is NOT responsible for any lost, broken, or stolen personal belongings during the reservation dates.

NO illegal activity is permitted on the premises.


*Checkout & Care of the Home

For your safety, the house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each reservation. We kindly ask that all shoes and slippers are NOT permitted inside the house. Kindly leave it outside the front door entrance,

Dispose of all garbage in the outdoor trash cans before checkout.

Before checkout, kindly place all used linens and towels in the gray woven bins provided. Thank you

Ensure all the lights, stove ,gas range valve (grill) and water faucets are turned off prior to leaving the home and before checkout.

To help keep our kitchenware in good condition, we kindly ask that pots, pans and wooden utensils be hand washed. All other items are dishwasher safe, Dishwasher soap, dish soap and hand soap are provided,

If the BBQ grill is used, please clean it after use and close propane valve off.

For cooking strong-smelling foods or aromatics, please use the outdoor patio -
grill which includes a single stove. Failure to comply may result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.

Check in time is 4:00 PM PST
Checkout time is 11:00 AM PST
Early Check in 30 mins prior to check in time will be subjected to extra fees. Late checkout is subject to availability and charged $60 per hour.

*Towels, Linens & Pool Use

Please Do NOT use white towels, sheets, or pillowcases to remove makeup.
Stained white linens may incur a fee up to $200 for cleaning or replacement.
Do not walk inside the house with wet or soaked clothing.

*Pool & Jacuzzi Safety

Please obey all posted pool rules and safety signs.
Swim at your own risk.
There will be NO LIFEGUARD on duty.
Host will not be liable for any injury or death incurred during the reserved date.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool or jacuzzi.
Life buoy provided for pool safety.
Call 911 in case of Emergency.
No eating or drinking in the pool and jacuzzi area.
Do NOT remove the pool vacuum. It is essential for maintaining clean water.
Removal may result in additional charges.
FYI pool is not heated.
Instructions on how to operate Jacuzzi will be available at the guest guide book at the property.


*Damages & Violations

Any damages exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the guest.
Violation of any house rule will result in a $200 fee per rule, plus the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs, or damages.

House Maintenance: On Thursdays-Fridays booking; Gardener and Pool Maintenance comes by the house in order to maintain the yard and maintain the pool.
