Very clean property . Host was able to get the pool serviced so we could use it . Bedrooms were nice . Needed more pillows per bed and a little more than a blanket for the cover on the bed . Host flexible with check in . We enjoyed the property .

We stayed for a long-term stay, as a family of four. The home was clean, spacious and well-equipped for daily life. All pictures were accurate of the quality of the space. We had everything we needed for a four year old and to cook and bake from the house. Communication with the host was easy and he was very flexible for the needs of our stay. We would recommend this property for families and long-term stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this Fresno Vrbo and found it to be the perfect home base for exploring California’s national parks. The highlight of the property was the large pool, which was a welcome place to relax and cool off after long days of hiking and sightseeing.The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our family. Its location made day trips to both Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks convenient, allowing us to experience some of California’s most spectacular scenery while returning each evening to a comfortable home. Fresno is often used as a gateway to Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon, making it an excellent base for outdoor adventures.We especially enjoyed having a private outdoor space to unwind after busy days in the parks. The combination of a great pool, family-friendly accommodations, and easy access to Yosemite and Sequoia made this property an excellent choice for our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent (10/10), but unfortunately that was the only positive.Upon arrival, the smell inside was overwhelming and nauseating. There were 12 wall plug-in air fresheners throughout the home, including every bedroom. We had to unplug all of them just to tolerate being inside.The kitchen was poorly stocked—no measuring cups, baking dishes, and only four usable bowls. Several maintenance and cleanliness issues stood out: the master shower handle was loose and felt like it would break, and there was dirt in the bathtub. The hot tub had clearly not been cleaned despite being advertised and was unusable.The pool was not heated (likely normal for Fresno, but worth noting).The kitchen sink was leaking upon arrival, which suggests it was a known issue. After multiple messages, a crew was sent at 10 PM despite me explaining it was too late and we had an early morning. We were told it couldn’t wait, which was frustrating.The bedding was unacceptable—no top sheet in the master, just heavily used blankets. I ended up buying sheets. There were no extra blankets and minimal bedding overall.Lastly, a Roomba ran in the middle of the night, which was disruptive.Overall, great location, but poor cleanliness, maintenance, and guest consideration made this a disappointing stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, though we’re sorry the stay did not fully meet your expectations. For the benefit of future guests, we would like to provide some additional context regarding the concerns mentioned. We were happy to accommodate a complimentary early check-in approximately two hours prior to the standard check-in time to help make the arrival more convenient. When the sink leak was reported, we responded immediately and offered to send maintenance as soon as possible. After receiving confirmation from the guest that entry was permitted, we arranged for an after-hours maintenance professional to attend the property that same evening. The issue was resolved between approximately 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM. This was not a previously known issue, and we made every effort to address it promptly in order to minimize inconvenience and prevent further damage to the home. Regarding communication timing, there was a delay before approval was provided for maintenance access. Once permission was received around 7:00 PM, we coordinated emergency after-hours service within the hour, despite most vendors operating only during standard business hours. Guest comfort and responsiveness remain a priority for us. With respect to the pool, the listing clearly states that the pool is not heated, and this information was also communicated prior to check-in to ensure expectations were transparent before arrival. We also take cleanliness very seriously and have not received prior reports regarding odor concerns. The home is routinely cleaned and inspected between each stay. Plug-in air fresheners are provided simply to enhance the guest experience, not to conceal odors. Additionally, all beds are provided with complete bedding and linens as part of the standard setup for every reservation. The automated vacuum (Roomba) is scheduled to help maintain cleanliness throughout guest stays. We understand that preferences may vary, and we are happy to adjust or disable the schedule upon request for guest comfort. We value all guest feedback and continuously work to improve the experience we provide. We also appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points for future guests considering a stay at our property.
