Salmon Spot

Looking for something more private than a hotel, you have found it here. Our yurt provides a queen size bed, Keurig and pods, water dispenser, fridge and basic amenities. Located in the Chugach mountains just a short distance from the Seward small boat harbor and Kenai Fjords National park. There is a shared bath house and separate additional toilet facility that are shared with the other 2 yurts on the property. The bath house has a full-size shower, toilet and vanity. There's endless hot water and a heater in the ceiling to warm up the room. Enjoy the shared fire pit to make smores or cook your catch.

Overall really lovely place to stay. Its close enough to downtown Seward but still outside the city. It wasn't a problem, but data is a slight issue because of being a bit more remote and there want wifi. Again not a problem because I just went into town but more for awareness. There's a fridge which is great but there wasn't a microwave, so dont buy any food that needs to be heated. The heater worked wonderfully and was perfect to warm up with water a long day in the cold. I would definitely recommend to anyone if they want to get away and unplug. I would stay again if I visit Seward.

I so loooooved this little place that I was sorry to leave! The bed was VERY comfortable and everything inside was thoughtful and well planned. I was never cold and quite, quite comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Seward!
