Shore Thing will be simply unforgettable and unbeatable. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is loaded with amenities, making for the perfect beach getaway.

This beautiful home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is located within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and amazing restaurants to meet all your desires. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 10 adults with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home! Make yourself at home in this well-appointed house with comfort and convenience in mind.
The open-floor plan allows guests to spread out easily and having bedrooms on each floor adds a much-needed touch of privacy during your stay. There are two king suites, one on the main level and the other one on the second level. The living room is a great place to unwind indoors and features a large TV, two sofas and two armchairs strategically placed near the TV, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.
The dining area is right by the living room featuring an elegant wooden dining table, perfect for family meals. However, if you're in a rush to go out and enjoy the beach, the kitchen island is ideal for quick snacks and meals on the go. Speaking of the kitchen, it's been beautifully appointed with modern, stainless-steel appliances to make cooking a breeze. The French door fridge will keep your groceries and goodies nice and fresh, while the dishwasher will take care of your dishes after lunch. Additionally, it features a convenient wine fridge!
Outside, the enclosed yard will be the ultimate gathering spot with a large private pool, large 55” TV, lounge areas, dining area, Weber grill, fridge, and outdoor shower. This area is the ultimate place to relax, rewind, have a cold beverage, and enjoy your company to make the best memories. For a more quiet and relaxing time, you'll find two outdoor porches on each floor.
This two-story home offers guests a prime and unbeatable location on Hwy 393 off scenic 30A in Gulf Place. You'll be sitting just half a mile from the public beach, restaurants, and shops! The location is so convenient, and you won't find anything like this. Some incredible restaurants you can find nearby are The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Sunrise Coffee Co. South of Philly, Vue on 30a, Goatfeather seafood, and Growler Garage Pub. If you'd like to also enjoy great Gulf views and live music, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is the place for you! Near the home is the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park offering a plethora of fun outdoor activities for the whole family such as bicycling, birding, camping and glamping, fishing, hiking, paddling, and more!
Walton County has opened the 393 Municipal Parking Facility just 0.25 miles from Ed Walline Beach Access. With 74 new parking spaces, ADA and LSV spots, bike parking, and a new restroom facility, getting to the beach and around Gulf Place is now even easier for guests!

• Parking: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Check in is 4:00pm & Check out is 10:00 am
• Laundry (Washer/Dryer) is located on second level
• A starter set of supplies is provided, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
• Security camera details: One surveillance camera is installed at the front door, pointed toward the driveway. It is always on, is capable of recording sound, and will only begin recording video/sound when motion is detected near the camera.
• Additional security camera is on pool equipment for security purposes.
• 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $45 per day must be paid prior to check-in.

My husband and I live in Tennessee and it was always a goal to purchase a beach house. When we visited 30A and particularly the Blue Mountain Beach area, we instantly fell in love. We were blessed enough to realize our goal in 2021, and want to make your experience at the house the best it can be! We have 4 children, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 pig, and 1 goat...yes..we live on some land in TN. We love travel and adventure and hope we can be a part of your next adventure!

My husband and I purchased this property due to it's idyllic setting with cobblestone streets, amazing beach homes, and just the feel of the neighborhood. There are so many friendly people whether home owners or renters in the neighborhood that offers such an inviting atmosphere it is second to none! This house offers a spacious gathering area and is literally just steps away from the community pool. We love the fact that we can keep an eye on our children at the pool while we lounge out at our own patio with quick access to the house. And the area is second to none. You are within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and the beach! If you don't want to walk, we provide a 6-seater golf cart for your use.
