Privacy & Host

The Sanctuary Den is a separate guesthouse located behind the main home where I live.

The backyard sits between the two buildings, creating a natural buffer that allows guests to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay.

I’m nearby if needed and always happy to help, but my goal is to give guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy their visit.

Note: There are external cameras on property, the cameras are used to provide additional security for everyone coming and going at The Sanctuary Den at Sanford.

Not only is this the cleanest place I’ve stayed, it is well equipped with pretty much all your needs for your stay. It is as aesthetically pleasing as pictured. Sherise, is welcoming and attentive, while providing all the space/privacy you need. She offers upgrade packages! You want groceries done? Give her the list and when you arrive everything will be waiting for you. Have something in mind that’s not listed? Ask her, I’m sure she’ll do her best to make it happen. The outdoor space is pleasing with multiple seating options and lawn games. Oh and you’re a quick drive to the river.

Why they chose this property

I live in Sanford, actually on the same property you'll be staying at! It's my home and community and I love having the opportunity to share it with you! I love the bakery next door, I practically lived at Vanela Cakes when I first moved in! It's cute (all pink) decor, family and pet friendly and the folks are super friendly.

What makes this property unique

I personally think the Sanctuary Den at Sanford is cozy, well decorated and with the large backyard with fire pit and grill access guests could make great memories! It's a great place to stay while on vacation or trying to recharge away from home, etc.
