Fully-equipped, bright, open kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. Large dining-room/living-room and 2 very spacious bedrooms (15' x 15'). Tile flooring and carpeted bedrooms. Nicely decorated, recently remodeled and re-furnished with new impact resistant windows and sliding glass door.
Secure lobby, 2 elevators, clubhouse, heated pool/spa, sauna, conference room, billiards room, library/office and more. Ground floor patio leads to a geothermal-heated pool overlooking the beach. Convenient for restaurants and social activities: two-minute walk to Shepherd's; ten-minute walk to Pier 60. Assigned, covered parking.

Spectacular place to stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo with stunning views of Clearwater Pass, sunsets and a dolphin/manatee every now and then. We loved sitting out on the patio to watch the sunsets. Great layout and very roomie. We rented stand up paddle boards next door. Lots to do in the area. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would go again and again....

SPACIOUS, CLEAN, and PEACEFUL

This condo is very spacious and the rooms are large - including the bathrooms. The view is beautiful and the building is very quiet and peaceful. It's the perfect place for a long stay. The owners keep the place immaculate and the kitchen has everything you need. The private sandy beach is a plus and the location is in the center of everything. You will not regret your stay here ................. We'll be back!!!

OUTSTANDING PLACE

I have stayed at this condo 2 years now and it is a first class place. The location is outstanding and the view is simply the BEST. The beds are extremely comfortable and the entire condo is kept clean and modern with just about everything new. Quiet building and you have the option of staying private on your beach or pool or walk 5 minutes to the public access and the pier. There are a ton of great restaurants right within walking distance of the condo. You are in the heart of everything. Great condo. Great location.

Vacation Home

This condo included everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more! It is decorated tastefully and feels very spacious. The owners keep it stocked with all of the household conveniences which made it very easy to get settled in. We never had any issues. We spent a lot of time on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. We also really liked being able to walk to several places nearby. We hope we can make it back again soon! We would definitely recommend this home!

Fantastic Experience

This rental is located in a high-rise quant and cozy community. The place itself was fantastic with amazing views, awesome amenities, and we particularly love the private beach access and poolside. The place is within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants and attractions. The rental is also very elegant and modern, but beach themed too. We loved it and the owner was extremely professional. Anytime we had a small issue, he was readily available to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. My wife and I have been here just once, but plan to be back in the near future. We HIGHLY recommend this place to really anyone.

A little bit of heaven!

My family has stayed in this condo twice. It has all the comforts of home (but with much better views). Each room has spectacular views of the Gulf. The condo is fully equipped, and very comfortable. A favorite activity of ours is sitting on the balcony and watching sea life. The water is so clear you can see everything. Last time we were there we watched a manatee swim by every morning. The beach is peaceful and very private. There is also a large dock above and pool overlooking the water. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. They take pride in their condo and want their guests to enjoy their stay. We absolutely love this spot and will definitely stay again.

I didn't want to leave this place.

My family and I stayed in this condo for the month of November and had a GREAT time. This condo is perfectly situated near many wonderful restaurants, is on the beach and is easily accessible with an assigned parking spot. Across the street is Gondoliers Pizza that has delicious pizza, Italian and Greek cuisine-- and they deliver! Down the street is Frenchy's Beach Cafe that has some really good sandwiches. There's also supermarket (Publix) that's close by to get some groceries for those days or nights you don't want eat out. The unit was very clean when we arrived and we really enjoyed our stay. It's also a quiet building that provided us with many opportunities for some rest and relaxation. One thing we were concerned about when we were searching for places to stay, were the beds. We always had a goodnights rest since both bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. The best part was waking up to the beautiful views from both the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this condo and am planning to return next year.
