Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove bedding and place sheets/duvets on each bed
Put all used towels in the shower or tub
Empty trash cans and place trash in the black bin out back
Double-check for personal items
Make sure all lights are turned off
Set the AC to 75°F.
Lock all doors & gate locks (do not lock doorknob lock)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
