New to VRBO! Welcome to our successful 5 ⭐️ rated (3+ years) modern and spacious 2 bed 2 bath (6 guests) home located in the heart of Gulf Breeze! Centrally located near the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach (3 miles) , and shopping of Gulf Breeze. Enjoy a peaceful stay with a private back patio with outdoor seating and lights designed for summer nights or a cozy wood burning firepit to fight the chill. Our cozy vacation rental featuring brand new kitchen appliances and a fully stocked coffee bar. We look forward to hosting your vacation, work trip

The space
Each of the 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Each bathroom is a full bath with the guest bath offering a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with a 3 inch splash curb.
Guest access
This rental has a private entrance and backyard with patio and privacy fence. The fence is locked from the backyard and not accessible from the front yard unless it is unlocked by a guest
Other things to note
We are dog friendly with a $50 pet fee (2 dogs max). All dogs must be 1 yr or older and fully vaccinated.
Lawncare is scheduled for every 2 weeks. The mower operator will enter the backyard through the gate.
