Home on the bay with the best sunset's. You have your own private dock to fish off, lounge chairs to lay out .there is a kayak to explore the bay area and look for dolphins. Picnic table to sit outside and BBQ. There is a fire pit and new beach chairs, corn hole game ,Hammock to relax so much to do so little time. Close to both pensacola and Navarre Beach. This home offers 3 bedroom's sleeps 6 . 2.5 bath home has been recently updated from the inside out. close the Pensacola and Navarre beach. close to shopping. playgrounds, walking trails. I am an experienced Host .

The home was in a lovely location on the bay and stores/restaurants were easily accessible. Pensacola Beach is a short drive over the bridge, as is the City of Pensacola in the opposite direction. The home had everything we needed, although better towels would have been a plus. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are very small. All in all, it met our needs for a quick weekend trip.

This property is beautiful. Close enough drive to the beaches but sits in a perfect location to not have to be in the midst of the beach traffic. The house itself is lovely - beautifully decorated and inside of a spectacular neighborhood. The house is right on the bay and has a pier for fishing, kayaking, etc with all of the amenities to make it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Home is perfect, clean, and relaxing on the bay. Fishing and watching wildlife right outside your window. Nice restaurants nearby as well, especially for those who door dash. It was a great wintery weekend.

Location was excellent! House was perfect - loved the upstairs porch, kitchen was well stocked, the garage was a bonus for us to store our bicycles. A nice quiet hamlet on the bay.

we bought the house from my husbands grandparents we have worked on restoring it for years. We love it there (we lived in it for over 3 years) we moved to pensacola about 30 min away.

Why they chose this property

If you like to relax in a hammock ,fish or swim off the dock , Kayak, sit by a fire. close to several beaches, and you also have your own beach in the backyard. This is also a full size rental you will have the whole house with everything you need.

What makes this property unique

You will often see dolphins in the backyard, hawks and bald eagles have also been seen.
