On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. Heating by air conditioning and an optional open fireplace in the living room The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. Entrance and through the garden (where there is a private parking space), with a few gentle stairs to the terrace. It is possible to enter a spacious living room (no stairs) directly from the street. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 9 chairs. Kitchen in the living room with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Vrsar, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa Lada is a typical Istrian house, surrounded by a natural garden and Mediterranean vegetation. Regularly cared for with great attention. Renovated in 2021. Interior with stylish and modern furniture, paintings and attractive details. Close to the waterfront, promenade and beach, as well as restaurants, cafés, shops, fish market, bus 200 m and markets with local fruit and vegetables. Access is via a (asphalted) road.
