About this property

This cozy and spacious villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 2 km from CALA ABOGAT, in a quiet residential area. The house is south facing and from the terrace you have some sea and Peñon views.
Shops, bars and restaurants as well as tennis courts can be found within a radius of 1-2 km. The San Jaime golf course is around 5 km away, and Moraira or Calpe is around 7 km away.

The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a large living / dining room with fireplace and a modern fitted kitchen with breakfast terrace and access to the covered barbecue area. Outside there is a large covered terrace, the open terrace around the 10m x 5m pool with stairs, an outdoor shower and a separate room with toilet and washing machine, surrounded by a well-kept garden with large palm trees. A roof terrace for seamless tanning is also available. In front of the house, within the 1,500sqm enclosed property, there is a carport.

Un merveilleux séjour en famille

Nous venons de passer 2 très belles semaines à la Casa Monica. La maison est située dans un lotissement au fond d'une impasse. La calme règne....le coin piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé tout notre séjour dans la terrasse couverte. Quelques moustiques en soirée mais toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires donc c'est top..la literie est très confortable. Pour nous, le petit plus serait d'installer la climatisation dans la maison car les 2 ventilateurs mis à disposition brassent de l'air chaud. Merci Benjamin pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité

Para olvidar

Jardin descuidado y lleno de hojas secas en el suelo de varios meses.Mucha calor en el interior de la casa.Piscina correcta pero en 10 dias no vino nadie a limpiarla.Los colchones y almohadas muy malos.La iluminacion muy pobre y falta de muchas bombillas. Experiencia nada aconsejable y para olvidar. NO RECOMENDABLE
