Every day, white-tailed eagles fly by, the wind dispels the oppressive heat, and the view across the lagoon—which on many days stretches all the way to the horizon—gives you the feeling of being by the sea. Deer and foxes are regular visitors. On quiet nights, you can hear the call of the tawny owl and the rustling of the old pine trees, nestled among which this holiday home lets you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Following the events of ice drift, winter storms, and flooding in 2024, the beaver family that gave the place its name has moved to a new location. The new beaver lodge is now located in the immediate vicinity.

The wilderness area begins at the edge of the cliff, which we have deliberately chosen not to fence off. However, please do not walk on the steep slope so as not to disturb the numerous wild animals. For the same reason, dogs are not permitted.

The low-energy timber construction and ecological insulation of the building reflect our respect for nature.

The house is ideal for four adults who want to holiday together while valuing their privacy. Each couple has the opportunity to have some time to themselves.



Biberburg Holiday Home on the Haff:

Check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays (minimum stay is always 7 nights).

We provide bed linens and towels free of charge for your stay. Sauna packages (dressing gown and 2 sauna towels) can be provided upon request (12.50 EUR per person).

Upon arrival, a security deposit of 250.00 EUR must be paid in cash; this will be refunded on the day of departure provided the holiday home is returned undamaged.

Step inside this 5-star (DTV) rated holiday home and let it work its magic on you. Warm rays of sunlight flood through the south-facing glass facade with floor-to-ceiling windows, swimming the comfortably furnished living room in bright light. True to the spirit of Master Builder Biber, the building is constructed primarily of wood.

Now take a look outside: you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Haff, framed by old trees, stretching almost to the horizon. The reed beds hide many bird nests and the nurseries of wild animals. Here, you’re truly in the heart of nature—and perhaps a white-tailed eagle is even circling overhead right now?

The holiday home is fully equipped, tastefully furnished, and offers up to four guests a home away from home for an extraordinary holiday on the island of Usedom, with 150 m² of living space.

The large kitchen and dining area is accessible from the living room and faces southwest. It features a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, and fridge-freezer.

On the opposite side of the living room, you’ll find the first bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, height 56 cm) with an adjoining bathroom, which features a walk-in shower (1.20 x 1.20 m) and a wheelchair-accessible sink. The ground floor is purpose-built to be barrier-free, making it a suitable holiday home for wheelchair users. The second bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower (1.00 x 1.00 m), a bathtub, and a wheelchair-accessible sink, is also located on the ground floor. The toilet is 43 cm high. 



The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another living room. The magnificent view of the lagoon through the floor-to-ceiling windows will enchant you every day. The upper floor features the second bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom.

All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. The entire property, of course, has Wi-Fi (fiber-optic 50 Mbit/s). All windows are fitted with fly screens. The bedrooms can be darkened.

You may use the washing machine in the utility room free of charge.
