After three years of renovation, we are happy to welcome you to our renovated stone house by the sea, located on the peaceful bay of Kotronas. The house is located directly on the seafront, the house is just 15 meters from a small, quiet beach, accessible in a few steps.
The house features traditional Mani stone architecture combined with a simple, eco-conscious design. Just 15 meters from the sea, a small and quiet beach is perfect for swimming or relaxing throughout the day.
Surrounded by olive trees, the house offers a calm, shaded environment.
The house includes:
– One open-plan space with a king-size bed
– A bathroom with shower
– An indoor kitchen with fridge and compact oven
– An outdoor kitchen and dining area, featuring a gas stove, a large sink, and a dining table under a spacious shaded veranda
In cooler months, the outdoor kitchen can be protected with transparent wind covers, making it comfortable to use year-round.
A shaded outdoor sitting area is also available, as well as an outdoor shower under the orange tree — perfect after a swim.
A small minimarket is within walking distance in Kotronas, open daily for fresh bread and essentials.
