About this property
"Old but romantic" holiday home with a spacious balcony
"Old but romantic" with a view in all directions. The apartment (45sqm) has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a single bed (large bedroom as a through room). The eat-in kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette (including a Dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster), corner bench group, couch and TV invite you to linger. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. A spacious balcony invites you to enjoy the evening hours with a view of the Hals reservoir and the castle hill, up to the ruins of Hals. Parking in the courtyard of the house and WiFi are included in the price. Bread service possible. Passau's city center is about a 25-minute walk away. Of course, this can also be reached with the regular bus in about 14 minutes.
