Why they chose this property
Westside is one of Kansas City’s oldest, most culturally rich neighborhoods, located just west of downtown. It blends historic homes, local businesses, creative energy, and Latino/Mexican-American heritage, making it a vibrant place to explore on foot. Some of my favorite locations are: Westside Storey, Goat Hill Coffee, Clay & Fire, XO, Fetch, Fairway Creamery, ROOTS KC Plant Shop, Guevel, Yoli Tortilleria, Triune. Also, the house has an amazing location. Less than a mile (very safe walk) to T-Mobile Center, Crossroads, Power & Light.
