Very close to Eastport and Sawgrass as well as St. Tropez and Well Point rec centers, the Woodlands Country Club, pickleball courts, tennis, pitch and putt, and shopping at Magnolia Plaza. Also about a 20 min golf cart ride to Brownwood.
