Discover the beauty of Escanaba from this adorable 2-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a king bed, a full bed, and a child bed (twin trundle), making it perfect for a couple or small family. Relax in the bathroom’s jetted bathtub after a day of exploring. Enjoy the outdoors on the attached private deck. With a fully stocked kitchen, all new appliances, brand-new furnace, and hot water heater, comfort is always within reach. This excellent home offers a cozy, inviting space where guests can unwind and create lasting memories. We hope you enjoy what our place and Escanaba has to offer. Great location on Escanaba's south side. Walk down the street to enjoy a pickleball match at Veteran's Park. Also walking distance (or a short drive) to local beaches, the bandshell, various shops, restaurants, and the Escanaba Country Club.

Off street parking available in the private driveway which will accommodate 1-2 vehicles, or better yet - bring your boat! The home is just minutes away from Ludington Park, Escanaba Municipal Marina, and several other local launches.

While air conditioning is rarely needed in the UP, it can occasionally get sweaty in the summer months. This home will have A/C available mid-June through mid-September.

Guests will have access to the whole home with the exception of the unfinished basement. Guests may enter through the front or side door and will be given an access code (keyless entry) prior to arrival that will work for the duration of the stay.

Great location to visit Ludington Park and it's beaches etc. Also great for exploring other parts of Michigan. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was more than adequately supplied. We stayed over a week and truly enjoyed. Area is easy to navigate around. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was the second bed was not designed for two adults. The king hada 6 foot 7 inch adult so the shorter, older adults had the smaller bed. Hard to get in the bed. Concerned about if you had 4 to 6 eating there was no place to eat together. Place for 2 at the island. We didn't have an issue since we were there for a reunion and meals were provided there. Enjoyed our visit

I was born and raised right here in Escanaba, and this place will always be home. I come from a big, close-knit family, and some of my favorite memories growing up were spent by the lake—watching the sunsets, listening to the waves, and soaking in everything that makes the UP so special. I am new to hosting but have traveled and stayed in various properties and hoping I can bring what I loved most about them here to this home.

Why they chose this property

I chose this quiet southside neighborhood because it’s always felt like home to me. It’s just a short walk to Veteran’s Park, Southside, and Ludington Park—and even Scoops, where I had my very first summer job.

What makes this property unique

Great location on Escanaba's south side. Walk down the street to enjoy a pickleball match at Veteran's Park. And just a short drive (or moderate walk) to the beach, bandshell, various shops, restaurants, and the Escanaba Country Club.

This property is all one level, recently remodeled, and equipped with brand-new appliances—offering a fresh, comfortable, and easy-living space that truly stands out from the rest.

The home has a spacious bedroom with king bed, a second bedroom with full size bed and small trundle below. The living room couch can also be converted to a bed.
