Nestled in Miami’s historic Roads Neighborhood, this home is minutes from Coconut Grove, Downtown, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, and Coral Gables. Miami Beach is just a few miles away. Inside, guests will find one king bed and four full beds, perfect for a group or family getaway. The house features five bathrooms (four en-suite upstairs and one shared bathroom downstairs with pool access), offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. Simple touches like a hair dryer and iron make packing light a breeze. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring the city, this adorable house provides a tremendous base for your stay. Experience what Miami has to offer with a stay at our house.
The pool has a shallow ledge with in-water chaise chairs. It is not heated but the shallow area catches plenty florida sun. Safety fencing protects little ones from getting to the pool unattended.
The 8-burner patio grill has high heat searing and rotisserie capabilities. This new listing is in the process of being furnished. Photos show unfurnished but it will be fully ready by the first booking dates in February
