🏡Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom and 2 full bathroom freshly updated and cozy Lake Wales home. Guests enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors to keep things comfortable year-round.

😴It can sleep 5 people comfortably. Two of the rooms have queen beds and one room has a workspace and a twin bed, which could fit 2 young children therefore sleep up to 6 people.

🧳Perfect for families, groups, or solo travelers.

🛀With two bathrooms, getting ready is easy and convenient.

🧺🧑‍🍳There's a full sized kitchen and laundry area that guests can use during their stay.

♥️This wonderful space is perfect for those who are just stopping by or staying for an extended period of time.

🌳It also has a spacious yard to run and play.

🍊It is nestled in the scenic orange grove countryside of Lake Wales but do expect the occasional neighborhood and rural setting noises.

📍It's conveniently located just outside of city limits but minutes from amenities, wedding venues, main attractions such as the Bok Tower, Legoland, and a short drive to Orlando's theme parks.

☀️We hope that you have a great time in Lake Wales and enjoy the sunshine it has to offer.

Important note:
❄️Central air works great however the central heat has not been working properly but there are space heaters, if needed.

🏡About the neighborhood:

🌅It is nestled in the scenic orange grove countryside of Lake Wales sitting on almost 1 acre of land in a neighborhood setting that has no HOA where most of the neighbors take good care of their homes with the exception of a few.

This authentic neighborhood has a variety of other manufactured homes and block homes.

😌Our renovated home offers cozy comfort with inviting decor in this up-and-coming neighborhood.

🎧 Do expect the occasional neighborhood noise and target practice behind the woods across the road from the house. (No where near or on the property).

🚐There’s space to park your RV, camper, or small trailer. No semi trucks. 🐶🐱Pets will be considered on case by case scenario (pet fee will be required)

I stayed here because I was going to the Bok Towers for a wedding. It was really close by and perfect driving distance to other things as well. The house is beautifully decorated and there are little things there for your use that you might not think you need. Very thoughtful. The bed I used was also extremely comfortable and everything was just so nice. I appreciate the thought put into everything.

The location was very "rural" which is okay. However, some neighboring properties were very "rundown" with "junk" in the front and backyards. This property was large and beautiful. The upgrades the hosts made on the interior were very nice for a modular home. The property was not fenced on the road side so there was some concern about security. The back porch area was relaxing but the neighbor to the northeast appeared to be running a garage and revved a high rpm motor repeatedly for most of the time we could have relaxed after a long day of work. Of course the host could not be responsible for that but during the day, the area is not "peaceful". It started to rain and the cover over the back porch leaked at all of the seams. That will be an easy fix. Many neighbors had fences with dogs but some left the gates open or had gaps under so it was not a neighborhood to go for a walk. At night, the area was so peaceful with absolutely no noise so that was very nice! The steps up to the front porch were 'okay' but not handicap accessible, just as a note. Overall, the property met our needs for a place to stay while in the area on business.
